For event organizers

Run the event from the first ticket to the door.

TIXVOW brings event setup, ticket options, audience context, and event-day work into organizer tools built around the way shows run.

Explore current workflows in a fictional, read-only sample. The demo does not access organizer accounts or event records.

Organizer workspace

The tools to plan, understand, and operate your event.

Each workflow stays tied to the events and roles available to your organizer account.

Set up events and tickets

Create events, shape ticket options, and update event details from an organizer workspace.

Review attendees and orders

Keep event attendee and order views together so your team can follow the event’s ticket activity.

Build scoped audiences

Filter available event history for relevant groups. Promotional audiences include buyers with active explicit consent.

Read event activity

See aggregate views, visits, ticket activity, attendance, and entry pressure. Views and visits are not counts of unique people.

Coordinate event-day work

Run door sales, invite event-scoped team roles, authorize staff scanning and check-in, and use event reporting.

Venue Zone Inventory Planner

For a venue’s existing zones, event plans can assign ticket types and set sales limits. Workspace-wide zones remain managed by the venue owner.

Attendee-facing features

Useful journeys continue after checkout.

These are buyer-facing capabilities connected to organizer events, not organizer audience-management tools.

Find My Ticket and transfers

Attendees have a ticket lookup flow and can use the available ticket transfer flow for eligible tickets.

Event Passport

Attendees can use Event Passport for their event experience, including venue stamps when a stamp is configured.

Fan Rewards

Organizers can configure ticket credits or rewards. A reward is available only where that event has configured one.

Event resolution

Review exceptions with context.

Event Recovery supports a review and attendee-resolution workflow. The Event Chargeback Evidence desk keeps a factual local response draft; it does not submit evidence to Stripe or another processor. Neither tool promises an automatic refund or a guaranteed recovery.

Qualified access

Demand-Backed Launch, when eligible.

Eligible approved organizers can access Demand-Backed Launch when they meet its account-standing, verified payment-setup, and successfully run event-history requirements. It is not available to every organizer.
